Team Coaching

Approach

Our approach, underpinned by the 360° of compassion framework, is to explore the team's focus, systems and relationships, identifying areas of strength, individual and collective accountability and areas of development, always underpinned by clear collective objectives and progress indicators to ensure the team maintains alignment between activity and purpose. Delivered as either a one off or longer term (3, 6 or 12 sessions) in line with your requirements.

Team Development Programme

Whether you need a ‘one off’ session to help your team respond to a particular challenge or opportunity they have, or need a longer term development programme we can help.

Our team development programme (ELEOS) goes deep into the relationships, systems, culture, focus and motivation of the team and will elevate performance, engagement and wellbeing.

All our programmes are configured to support both remote and in-office teams.

 

Welcome to Eleos

We named our programmes after Eleos, the Greek goddess of compassion (the Greeks knew what they were talking about) and is a bold and innovative approach to enable leaders and teams to more effectively and compassionately respond to and manage times of change, volatility, stress and transition whilst maintaining optimal individual and team performance and wellbeing.

ELEOS - foundation

The foundation programme is where most teams start on their journey to explore the importance of relationships, emotional culture, systems and focus and their impact on performance, engagement and wellbeing. The programme will:

  • nudge vulnerability, build positive empathy, understanding and trust between colleagues to deepen interpersonal relationships

  • create meaningful connection to support enhanced collaboration and communication

  • re-assess, re-evaluate and refresh the teams overall approach to its work, relationships, engagement and connectivity to the wider organisation

  • enhance team meeting effectiveness

  • identify and map the desired and undesired culture that team members need to experience to be successful in meeting their own, the teams and the wider organisational goals

  • agree the reinforcing actions, rituals and behaviours that will enable and support the team to achieve and sustain their desired culture and objectives. 

  • establish a team charter which everyone will hold themselves and each other accountable to and through which they will measure progress.

In addition to the learning and insight gained from the programme each team member will receive:

  • their own personal culture map

  • an individualised personal leadership field guide and action plan.

  • a team emotional profile and the team charter.  

These resources and tools will help, guide, and inspire the team's development journey and ensure they are able to hold themselves to account and follow through on the agreed actions.

ELEOS - embed

Includes all of the foundation level programme and enhances it further through a mix of team and leadership coaching sessions to support both leadership and wider team accountability in following through, delivering and embedding the outcomes from the foundation programme into the day to day work of the team. To ensure the team fully realises and optimises the investment in the programme.

ELEOS - sustain

Includes all Eleos foundation & embed plus a wider departmental/organisational review into your underpinning organisational systems, processes and policies and assessment of whether they help or hinder the long term development and sustainability of the desired culture. Includes system improvement recommendations.

Can also include the development, and ongoing support, of a cohort of emotional culture ambassadors recruited from within your organisation, equipped with the skills and knowledge to lead your ongoing internal culture development workshops/programmes.
