Project Bright Spot research is published

In 2020 a collaboration was born. We came together as a group of leaders, coaches and wellbeing experts to shine a light on what great leadership looks like and feels like. To identify the bright spots in leadership.

We spoke to some amazing people along the way who told us what it was like to experience great leadership and what impact it has had on them.

We have now published the report and it’s packed full of information, guidance, case studies, myth busters and practical steps to take in building an inspiring, connected and collaborative modern workplace where people can be their best, do their best, thrive, achieve and stay well.
