Our GDPR principles

The Compassionate Leadership Company collects email addresses and certain other personal information such as names, telephone numbers and postal addresses. We only use customer/subscriber data for specified purposes, that is orders, invoicing, newsletters and general email communications. This list is not exhaustive but a general guide. This data is processed with fairness whilst adhering to EU and UK law.

We only keep data relevant to your experience and level of contact with our company, and is kept to the minimum we specifically require to do business with you. Consent to hold your data is required to do business with us but data is only held once registration is complete.

We aim to ensure all data is accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date.

Your data is not kept longer than necessary - in the case of newsletter subscription, it is for the duration of your subscription being active.

Your data is handled and processed in line with your consent and rights as an individual.

All customer/subscriber data is held securely in a password protected database, stored on the relevant website and is not transferred anywhere else. Any backups are held securely in the UK.

We will do our upmost to keep your information private and will only use your email address to send you information about the services, events, offers and general updates that are offered by the The Compassionate Leadership Company.

How we will use and store your information;

·    Your personal information will be used to carry out agreed contracts, to supply you with our services.

·    We work hard to run a paperless company and to store all information electronically, however, in the event of us being in receipt of any paper records which contain personal information we will ensure they are kept securely in locked company offices.

·    All electronic records are kept on secure devices

·    We do not share or sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

·    We do not send spam.

·    From time to time we will send a marketing email/newsletter to you with new services/products, special offers or discounts that may be of interest to you.

If you no longer wish to be contacted by us, please email  info@thecompassionateleadership.company with your full name and request to be removed from our database.  We will delete our electronic files, destroy any paper files and remove you from our mailing list.
